Old Fashioned Days Camp-Meeting

This Sunday starts our Old Fashioned Days Camp-Meeting! Sunday Morning, we have our Old Fashioned Day in the service at 11 followed by a tremendous meal!

Then Sunday Night – the Camp-Meeting kicks off at 6 PM.

Monday- Wednesday Nights – we start with a Hymn Sing at 7 followed by the service at 7:30.

The Epley Family will be singing in all the services and Bro. Steve Epley will be preaching in all the evening services!

Soul-winning!

In John 14:6, the Bible says, “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Think about that for a moment – Jesus said very simply, “I am THE way…”

If someone was driving around town and lost their way, it would be reasonable for them to stop and ask for directions. If they asked us, we would share with them the direction that they needed to go to get where they were going.

In essence, that is what Soul-winning is! It is you and I showing those that are lost THE Way! It is helping them to get on the road to Heaven!

For the next few weeks, we are going to learn about Soul-winning in our Wednesday Evening Bible Study! Join us as we learn both WHY and HOW to be a soul-winner!

We are taking family pictures and every family will receive a free 8×10 portrait!

We will have a HUGE Easter Egg hunt for all the children following the Morning Service!

Sunday School Begins at 10 AM and Church Begins at 11 AM.

Pictures will be taken before Sunday School, between Sunday School and Church, then following the Easter Egg Hunt!

Evangelist Cliff Burwell – preaching This Sunday!

Don’t miss church this Sunday as Evangelist Cliff Burwell will be preaching for us in both services! Sunday Morning at 11 and Sunday Evening at 6.

Cliff and Charlotte Burwell have been married for many years. They have raised 3 daughters and 1 son – who have all attended Bible college. Two of their daughters are pastor’s wives – and all four of their children are busy serving the Lord in independent, fundamental, Baptist Churches.

After 36 years of pastoring, Bro. Burwell felt the call of God on his life in January 2002 to enter the ministry of Evangelism. With a burden for local churches and pastors all across America, Bro. And Mrs. Burwell have committed the rest of their lives to helping the local church. With 36 years experience and a love for souls, Bro. Burwell is truly an Evangelist with a Pastor’s heart.

The Burwell’s have started two churches that continue to be beacons of light in their communities.

We are sure excited to have them here in church with us this Sunday!
